On September 21, 2022, our corporate group marked 50 years since its establishment.
It is your support of our group of companies that made this possible, and I offer my sincere gratitude.

The company, which was founded in Tokyo’s Itabashi ward in 1972 as Takara Komuten, while identifying transitions within the changing times, has actively pursued diversification and integration in its real estate business centered on new condominiums, its renewable energy business, finance business, overseas business, and others.

Our lifestyles have changed dramatically in recent years. The company, which has made “THINK HAPPINESS AND MAKE THE HAPPINESS.” its corporate vision, sees now as the time to change its structure in essential preparation for the next 50 years, and 100 years, and has decided to shift to a holding company structure as of October 1, 2022.

In line with this, the real estate business will be held by Takara Leben West Japan Co., Ltd., which will change its name to Takara Leben Co., Ltd. on the same day. The company will aim for sound growth as a specialist in the real estate business. Along with the development of newly built condominiums, we will build cities of the future through initiatives such as regional redevelopment, and reconstruction and renovation. We will also further develop real estate liquidity by working together with the group’s finance business, and strive to develop and manage overseas real estate and hotels.

We will use the shift to a holding company structure to hasten decision making on management issues in order to achieve further growth, and to build a group administrative structure that enables responsive and flexible management decisions.
